Coming Back in 2021!
After much discussion, review of public health information pertaining to COVID-19 and concerns about the ability to adequately socially distance within our festival’s small footprint, the leadership of the Denton’s Day of the Dead Festival has decided to cancel the 2020 event.
Like you, we will miss the music, food, art, costumes and races. But the health of our attendees, our vendors and volunteers is our primary concern.
We are planning for a big celebration in 2021, and we hope all of you will join us. We also hope everyone will join us in supporting the many local business owners who have sponsored our event for the last 10 years, as they are enduring the biggest economic crisis of their lives.
Check our website and our social media accounts for news about Day of the Dead 2021.
Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to seeing you in 2021.
